It may take the average person years to "stumble"
across the perfect home business. I've marketed everything from
software to designer handbags. These WERE profitable home businesses.
However, I had to constantly look for new customers. Let's face it...
how many times will a buyer come back to you before they find a larger
organization that can offer them better prices? Bottom line, in those
types of home businesses, my customers were "one time buyers".
There was no way possible for me to be able to offer my products less
expensive than the manufactures or wholesalers and still make a decent
profit. Furthermore, it was a constant marketing game became if I
didn't make a sale then I didn't make money. So the next time you hear
a commercial that claims to teach you how to get rich marketing on
EBAY, simple laugh it off and walk away. Below are the 5 critical
elements that the perfect home business MUST have.
1. Must Have
Unique Products: The Products must be simple but yet unique
enough to get Patents, and the Products MUST have marketability
(something that people actually want and/or need).
2.
Must Have a Good Marketing System: The
system MUST allow you to have constant "Repeat Buyers" so that you do
make money even if you DO NOT make a new sale. The system MUST be
simple but yet allow you the ability to find new customers "at the
click of a button" whenever you so choose. But most importantly, the
system MUST be easy to follow and Duplicable.
3. Must
Have a Good Compensation Plan & Incentives: Maximize your
income
based on YOUR efforts AND the efforts of the customers/distributors
below you. Must payout at least 50% of Sales, offer
Unlimited Depth within the compensation plan, Fast Start
Bonuses, Rewards and Recognition, you must be able to
achieve $10,000/month true residual with less than 500 people in the
organization.
4.
Company Stability and Management: The
ability to give you long-term
business and financial security, based on company and business
history. Must be led by already successful leaders in business with a
vision for the future growth of the company.
5.
Time Flexibility: The business MUST NOT
consume more than 10 hours per week for the average successful
distributor. You MUST have the ability to set your own working hours
while enjoying more time with family and friends.
